The creation of the titles in Sports Doc Books™ is also unique. Each title must meet the following criteria:

  • The title must be relevant to the story. That is, by reading the title and looking at the cover the reader should have an idea of the what the book will portray
  • The title must start with an “A” and have only 5 words
  • The title must have the main character’s name from the story in the title
  • The title must be a saying that indicates a message

Ok, so let’s apply the criteria to the Sports Doc Books™. In The first book, “A Shot Above the Rest”, the title starts with the letter “A”, has 5 letters, has the main character’s name (AJ Shot), shows AJ Shot scoring a goal on the cover, and signals to the reader that AJ Shot is above the other players. The reader eventually finds out that AJ Shot is above the rest and makes it to the NHL.

The second book, “A Jack of All Trades” starts with the letter “A”, has 5 letters, has the main character’s name (Jack), shows Jack playing multiple sports, and incorporates the saying a jack of all trades which indicates a person can do many things well. The reader eventually finds tout that Little Jack Hampton is indeed a Jack of All Trades and designs many sporting arenas.

The third book, “A Second Fiddle to None” starts with the letter “A”, has 5 letters, has the main character’s name (Scott Fiddle), shows Scott on the cover as a child finishing second and with a picture of him in the NFL as an adult, and incorporates the saying a “second fiddle to none” which means in the music industry they are a better musician than anyone. The reader eventually finds out that Scott Fiddle overcomes coming in second place his whole life and makes it to the NFL.
